Director of Research and Evaluation
Leads the NYC Early Childhood Research Network at the New York Early Childhood Professional Development Institute. Before joining, she spent about a decade evaluating NYC Public Schools programs, mainly teacher professional learning. She holds a doctorate in curriculum and instruction.
Executive Director
Leads the New York Early Childhood Professional Development Institute at CUNY, overseeing strategic planning, fundraising, and management. She previously held leadership roles in research and services on poverty, homelessness, and family support, and has co-authored public policy reports.
Research Associate
Helps facilitate projects that connect researchers, policymakers, practitioners, and funders, and brings educators into the research process. She taught early childhood for more than ten years and is a doctoral student at Teachers College, Columbia University.
