Our Work
The NYC Early Childhood Research Network brings together researchers, policymakers, funders, and practitioners to promote research that informs public policy for children from birth through age eight. The New York Early Childhood Professional Development Institute at CUNY provides the Network's infrastructure.
Our History
The Network launched in 2015 with support from the Foundation for Child Development as part of its Invest in Us campaign. The Foundation awarded more than $4 million for eight studies of the implementation of New York City's Pre-K for All expansion, along with an infrastructure award to the Institute.
